About the distillery
Clemans Distillery is a small boutique distillery, focused on the production
of grape and fruit distillates and rakiya (brandy). The production technology
is traditional, without the use of sugar, yeast, enzymes and other additives.
The goal is a high-quality end product.
Their mission
Rakiya is a bulgarian national heritage that they want to preserve. Keeping the
tradition alive, while trying to give it a modern look. To observe the obligatory
health standards and high quality standards.
